Dale Carnegie “Generation NEXT”
Student Leadership Workshop

On Monday, November 4th, immediately following the “Leaders on Leadership” Breakfast, B.E.S.T. hosted a student leadership development workshop facilitated by Dale Carnegie entitled “Building Self Confidence: Developing the Attitudes of Leadership.”  Our sixty-five B.E.S.T. students were joined by forty of their independent school peers for a half-day workshop geared towards developing the skills necessary for college interviews, leadership roles on school campuses and critical relationship-building. Seven B.E.S.T. students who participated in the Dale Carnegie “Generation NEXT” summer program helped to co-facilitate and lead the morning’s workshop.
