Todd E. Bowens

“I began my relationship with B.E.S.T. in 1991 entering the sixth grade at The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland.  While at Boys’ Latin I developed mentally and physically.  I am forever grateful to my alma mater for my educational and social experiences.  From Boys’ Latin I graduated in 1997 with a true understanding of our motto “Esse Quam Videri” meaning (To be, rather than to seem [to be]).

B.E.S.T. helped me learn about non-profit organizations, and the benefit they provide to local, regional, and national communities.  B.E.S.T. not only provided me with an avenue to a quality education, but provided the social and intellectual platform on which I now stand.”
