Annual B.E.S.T. Family Holiday Party

December 1, 2018

On Saturday, December 1st, B.E.S.T. students and family members kicked off the Holidays with the Annual B.E.S.T. Family Holiday Party. It was an afternoon of holiday cheer at Friends School as students and their families decorated cookies, enjoyed dinner, and made even more memories with fellow B.E.S.T. families. B.E.S.T. Board President, Karlo Young, shared inspiring words about his journey at Gilman School, and how B.E.S.T. creates an important support system for our families. Sue Sadler, Head of Bryn Mawr School, also joined us and helped to spread the holiday cheer!

This gathering was also a wonderful opportunity to honor our seniors who will embark on their final semester of high school in January. This year, we welcomed Lauren M., Class of 2019 at Garrison Forest School, to share remarks.

Lauren spoke passionately about her love for Garrison Forest and how she immediately knew it was the perfect school for her. She detailed her many accomplishments and expressed gratitude toward her mother for making all of her achievements possible. As Lauren approaches college, she reflected warmly upon her time at Garrison Forest and her memories with fellow B.E.S.T. students.

We can’t wait to see what awaits Lauren and the entire B.E.S.T. Class of 2019 as they take the next step on their path to success! From all of us at B.E.S.T., we wish you a joyful holiday season and a Happy New Year!
