B.E.S.T. Family Holiday Party & Class of 2023 Celebration
December 11, 2022
Sunday, December 11th was simply joyful as we celebrated the holiday season with 200 B.E.S.T. family members at our annual Holiday Party & Senior Celebration at Friends School of Baltimore. Families took photos with our roaming photo booth and put together festive keepsake crafts, from ornaments and picture frames to magnets and gingerbread houses. The highlight of the gathering was honoring our Class of 2023 Seniors and the moving and poignant remarks from McDonogh senior Matthew H. ’23 and his parents. Matthew, who started with B.E.S.T. as a 1st grader twelve years ago, shared wonderful highlights of his school experience, from opportunities to travel abroad to visiting college campuses with B.E.S.T. His parents shared heart-felt remarks about the joy in raising Matthew and their excitement for what lies ahead he starts his college career next Fall.
We are grateful to have been able to reconvene as a community and share in the joy and strength of family and friends as we celebrate the season. Congratulations to our seniors as they embark on the final months of their high school career, and we wish the B.E.S.T. community a very Happy Holidays!
