B.E.S.T. Hosts a Private Screening of Harriet at the Charles Theatre
November 10, 2019
On Sunday, November 10th, over 100 B.E.S.T. 8th – 12th graders and their family members attended a private screening of the biographical film about slave-turned-activist, Harriet Tubman. Harriet is an extremely moving and inspiring film about Tubman’s work with the Underground Railroad and how she was able to lead hundreds of enslaved people to freedom. This was a great opportunity for B.E.S.T. to host our families and watch such an inspiring depiction of one of the United States’ greatest heroes.
