B.E.S.T. Upper School Families Virtually Visit 3 Universities Over Spring Break
March 23, 2021
Over Spring Break, our upper school students and parents participated in three virtual college tours and information sessions. From the comfort of their own homes, B.E.S.T. families were able to explore and learn more about the University of Southern California, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and Johns Hopkins University. At each session, our families learned about the various academic offerings, including their most popular majors, notable alumni, study abroad opportunities, career fairs, and involvement fairs. Each university discussed their application processes as well as their financial aid and scholarship opportunities. Families also received advice on the college selection process. Throughout the sessions, B.E.S.T. families were able to ask questions and hear from the perspectives of current students. Even amid COVID-19, having the opportunity to show our students colleges as far away as California and North Carolina – and of course, right here in Baltimore – is something for which we are grateful. Thank you to all three universities for sharing their information with our families, and thank you to our families who participated in these helpful and informative sessions. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for our upper school students!
